Homespun Southern Wedding: The Dupree House

Sarah was one of those Brides I absolutely adored working with! She is an artist, so naturally she was creative and had clear ideas of what she wanted--yet trusted me to make the final decision on things. Me + creative, easy-going bride = happy Lesley and really pretty things! She wanted a homespun wedding with Southern charm and wanted to incorporate items of her own such as vintage books, wooden crates, and mason jars. We chose a romantic color palette of creamy white, soft peach, blush pink, and gray for the flowers and added in rustic elements such as wooden boxes, burlap, and tree stumps for a homespun feel. My favorite of the day were the baby’s breath bridesmaid bouquets...they looked amazing against the white bridesmaid gowns.
